Refund and Return Policy

The terms and conditions of Returns and Refunds shall be governed by the consumer laws of New South Wales, Australia.

 

Refund Policy

LUGGAGE BAZAAR allows return and refund of the goods if the item is returned to our city shop in Sydney in original packaging, brand new condition and purchased from our shop only with a payment receipt.

 

 

* Return to Sydney shop with a verifiable tracking number

* We accept exchange or returns if :-

• There is instance of major product faults / defects as per Australian Consumer Law
  
• You received the goods damaged in transit
• You wish to exchange for another product and settle the extra balance, if any.

Refund Policy for Major product Problems or Faults

If product is found to have major fault or problem, the consumer can choose to:

* Return the goods at the seller's expense and get a refund

* Reject the goods and get an identical replacement, or one of similar value if reasonably available
