The terms and conditions of Returns and Refunds shall be governed by the consumer laws of New South Wales, Australia.

 

Refund Policy

LUGGAGE BAZAAR allows return and refund of the goods if the item is returned to our Sydney's location in original packaging, brand new condition and purchased from our online ship only with a payment receipt. Refund is processed within 7 business days after the item has been returned in undamaged new condition.

  

* Return to our Sydney's location with a verifiable tracking number

* We accept exchange or returns if :-

  • There is instance of major product faults / defects as per Australian Consumer Law
  • You received the goods damaged in transit
  • You wish to exchange for another product and settle the extra balance, if any.
  • Buyer is responsible for return postage on incorrect or change of mind purchase after product has shipped out by seller.

Refund Policy for Major product Problems or Faults

If product is found to have major fault or problem, the consumer can choose to:

* Return the goods at the seller's expense and get a refund

* Reject the goods and get an identical replacement, or one of similar value if reasonably available
