Warranty Policy
LUGGAGE BAZAAR has an option to repair the products, which become out of order under normal use, free of charge in the product guarantee period of THREE YEARS for the Possedez brand and ONE YEAR for the MAKS brand. Repairs due to normal wear and tear, misuse, neglect, accidents, abrasion, exposure to extreme temperatures, solvents, acid, and airline damage, will be subject to a reasonable service charge based on time and materials. Note: Damage caused by the airline is the airline’s responsibility and claims must be submitted to the airline at the time damage occurs. Please keep the original warranty certificate and purchase invoice and present it for our technician’s reference during the repair service. The warranty is valid for Australia only and the warranty terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice. In case of dispute and / or insufficient evidence for proof of damage, the decision of LUGGAGE BAZAAR shall be final.
Refunds / Returns Policy
LUGGAGE BAZAAR will replace, subject to availability, any undamaged product within 30 days of purchase and return it in original new condition and packaging with a dated purchase receipt as proof of purchase. If the same product is out of stock, a full amount refund is applicable. Delivery and handling charges on returns are not refundable for incorrect choice or product satisfaction. Products returned for a refund / return claim and the subsequent delivery charge of the replacement product is at the customer’s own cost and risk. LUGGAGE BAZAAR will comply with the recommended refund policy as required by the NSW Office of Fair Trading and the Australian Retailers Association.
